Spinach Stuffed Pastry

Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 cup cooked spinach, squeezed dry
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg (for egg wash)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix spinach, feta, cream cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Cut pastry into squares, add a spoonful of filling to each, and fold into triangles.
Seal edges with a fork, brush with egg wash.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed. Serve warm.
