Ingredients:
1 package (14 oz) Oreo cookies
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they form fine crumbs. Reserve 1/4 cup of crumbs for garnish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the peanut butter and mix until a dough forms.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze the balls for 15-20 minutes or until firm.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, and place them back on the parchment paper.
Sprinkle the reserved Oreo crumbs over the coated balls as garnish.
Let the cookie balls set at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
