Treat your palate with our Chicken Ricotta Meatballs in a decadent Spinach Alfredo Sauce



Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:
1 lb ground chicken 

1/2 cup ricotta cheese 

1/4 cup grated Parmesan 

1 egg 

1/2 cup breadcrumbs 

2 cloves garlic, minced 

Salt and pepper 

1 tbsp Italian seasoning 

For the Spinach Alfredo Sauce:
2 tbsp butter 

1 clove garlic, minced 

1 cup heavy cream 

1/2 cup grated Parmesan 

2 cups fresh spinach 

Salt and pepper 

Additional:
Pasta, ready to serve 

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
Combine meatball ingredients and form into small balls.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
For the sauce, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add cream and Parmesan, simmer until thickened, then stir in spinach until wilted.
Serve pasta with meatballs and Alfredo sauce on top.
