Ingredients:
- Pork or veal, diced: 1 lb (450g)
- Mushrooms, sliced: 1 cup (150g)
- Onion, chopped: 1 medium
- Heavy cream: 1/2 cup (120ml)
- Paprika powder: 1 tsp
- Butter: 2 tbsp
Instructions:
- Sauté onion in butter until translucent. Add pork or veal and cook until browned.
- Add mushrooms and paprika, cooking until softened.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
