Würzfleisch (Spiced Meat Stew)

A hearty and flavorful dish, Würzfleisch combines tender meat and earthy mushrooms in a creamy, spiced sauce – comfort food at its best!

Ingredients:

  • Pork or veal, diced: 1 lb (450g)
  • Mushrooms, sliced: 1 cup (150g)
  • Onion, chopped: 1 medium
  • Heavy cream: 1/2 cup (120ml)
  • Paprika powder: 1 tsp
  • Butter: 2 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Sauté onion in butter until translucent. Add pork or veal and cook until browned.
  2. Add mushrooms and paprika, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.

Serve warm with fresh bread or rice for a comforting meal!
