Warm and Sweet Blackberry Cobbler
Ingredients:
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup self-rising flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups blackberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
Pour the melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Pour the batter over the melted butter. Do not stir.
Evenly distribute the blackberries over the top of the batter.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
Let cool slightly, then serve warm.
Tip: Enjoy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra delicious treat.
