Triple Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter

2 cups granulated sugar

1 cup packed light brown sugar

4 large eggs
–

1 tbsp vanilla extract
–

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
–

1 cup all-purpose flour
–

1/2 tsp baking powder
–

1/2 tsp salt
–

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
–

1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a large bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Slowly add melted butter and stir until combined.

Sift cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt into the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined—don’t overmix.
5.

Gently fold in semisweet and white chocolate chips.
6.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Allow brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
