Polish Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients:
• 1 large cabbage
• 1 lb ground beef
• ½ lb ground pork
• 1 cup cooked rice
• 1 large onion (chopped)
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 2 cups tomato sauce
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Fresh dill (optional)

Instructions:

1️⃣

 Boil cabbage until tender, then let cool.

2️⃣

 Combine beef, pork, rice, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.

3️⃣

 Roll the mixture into cabbage leaves.

4️⃣

 Place in a baking dish and pour over tomato sauce, beef broth, sugar, and lemon juice.

5️⃣

 Bake at 350°F for 1.5–2 hours.

6️⃣

 Garnish with fresh dill and serve!
