Ingredients:
– 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 4 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the mashed sweet potatoes to the mixture and blend well.
