Steak in Creamy Cajun Shrimp Sauce

Ingredients:

• 2 ribeye steaks
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 tbsp butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
• ½ tsp paprika
• ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
• Lemon wedges (for serving)

Directions:
1-Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Set aside to rest.
2-In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the shrimp. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3-Lower the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4-Stir in the heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
5-Add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
6-Return the shrimp to the skillet, coating them in the sauce.
7-Plate the steaks and pour the creamy Cajun shrimp sauce over them. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
