Southern-Style Spicy Seafood Boil Bowl

A flavor-packed explosion made for serious seafood lovers!

1 lb large shrimp (shell-on or peeled)
1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced
1/2 lb red potatoes, halved
2 ears corn, cut into chunks
4 boiled eggs, peeled
2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 lemon, sliced
Garlic Butter Sauce:
1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
1 head garlic, minced
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

In a large pot, boil potatoes for 10 minutes. Add corn and sausage next, then shrimp during the final 3–4 minutes. This layered cooking method builds flavor in every bite.

Gently add peeled boiled eggs during the last minute of boiling. It’s the secret Southern twist that makes this boil extra hearty and satisfying.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden. Mix in brown sugar, Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper, paprika, and lemon juice. This sauce delivers bold, buttery flavor and next-level spice.

Drain everything and place in a large bowl. Pour garlic butter sauce over and toss gently until fully coated. Make sure every chunk glistens with that rich Southern-style sauce.

Serve hot with extra lemon slices and optional parsley on top. Grab napkins—it’s gonna get deliciously messy!
