


Snickers & Reese’s Cookie Dough Ice Cream Extravaganza

A creamy, no-churn ice cream packed with chunks of Snickers, Reese’s peanut butter cups, and edible cookie dough—pure dessert heaven in every scoop!

Ingredients:
For the Ice Cream Base:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
For the Edible Cookie Dough:
½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
2 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup mini chocolate chips
For the Mix-Ins:
½ cup Snickers (chopped)
½ cup Reese’s peanut butter cups (chopped)
¼ cup caramel sauce
¼ cup hot fudge sauce

Instructions:

Make the Cookie Dough:
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in flour, milk, and vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips. Roll into small pieces and chill.

Prepare the Ice Cream Base:
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.

Mix & Swirl:
Gently fold in chopped Snickers, Reese’s, and cookie dough pieces. Swirl in caramel and fudge sauce using a knife.

Freeze & Serve:
Transfer to a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours. Scoop and enjoy!

Tip: Drizzle extra caramel and fudge on top before serving for an extra decadent touch!
