Ingredients:
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon ghost pepper hot sauce (adjust to taste)
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
¼ cup bourbon
1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling: Brown ground beef in a skillet with garlic powder, smoked paprika, and ghost pepper hot sauce. Drain any grease and let cool. Stir in cheddar cheese, bacon, and bourbon.
Assemble the Bites: Flatten each biscuit and spoon a small amount of the filling into the center. Fold the dough over and pinch to seal tightly.
Bake: Arrange on a greased baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, or until golden.
