Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Whole Cabbage with Lemon Butter

A simple yet flavorful dish that brings comfort with garlic, parmesan, and a hint of lemon. Perfect for a cozy family meal!

Ingredients
• 1 medium whole cabbage
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 lemon, zested and juiced
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 cup vegetable broth
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣

 Cut out the cabbage core, keeping leaves intact.

2️⃣

 Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.

3️⃣

 Stir in Parmesan, lemon zest, and juice.

4️⃣

 Place cabbage in slow cooker and pour butter mixture over.

5️⃣

 Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add vegetable broth.

6️⃣

 Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.

7️⃣

 Remove cabbage, garnish with parsley, and serve.
