Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound clams, scrubbed and rinsed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
In a large pot or wok, bring 1 inch of water to a boil.
Add the shrimp and clams and steam until they are just cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
Remove the seafood from the pot and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, ginger, soy sauce,
oyster sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, sugar, and red pepper flakes.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sauce and cook for 1 minute, until heated through.
Add the shrimp and clams back to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cilantro and serve immediately.
