Salted Caramel Ice Cream (No Churn)
Ingredients:
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
– 1 cup caramel sauce
– 1 teaspoon sea salt
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Start by whipping the heavy cream in a large mixing bowl until it forms stiff peaks. This step is crucial for a creamy texture!
2. In another bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, caramel sauce, sea salt, and vanilla extract. Stir it all until well combined – the aroma is heavenly!
3. Now, gently fold the whipped cream into the caramel mixture. Be careful not to deflate that lovely whipped cream; we want it to stay light and fluffy!
4. Pour the entire mixture into a lidded container. Pop it in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or until it’s nice and firm.
5. Once it’s set, scoop out some of that delicious no-churn salted caramel ice cream and enjoy every creamy, caramel-y bite!
