Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup roughly chopped dried cranberries
– 1/2 cup roughly chopped pistachios
– 12 oz white chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper

2. Microwave the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth
.
3. Stir in all but 1 tablespoon each of the chopped cranberries and pistachios into the melted chocolate
.
4. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, then sprinkle the reserved cranberries and pistachios on top
.
5. Refrigerate until firm, then cut into your desired sizes
