Philly Steak Cheese Fries

Ingredients:

1 pound frozen steak fries
1 pound thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions:

Bake the steak fries according to package instructions.
While fries bake, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
Add sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Layer cooked fries on a serving plate, top with steak mixture and shredded cheese.
Broil until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
