


Pepperoni Pizza Casserole
All your favorite pizza flavors in a cheesy, hearty casserole the family will love!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 jar (24 oz) pizza sauce
8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
20-25 pepperoni slices
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
3. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat, then stir in pizza sauce and Italian seasoning.
4. In a greased baking dish, layer half the pasta, beef mixture, and cheeses. Repeat layers.
5. Top with pepperoni slices and sprinkle parmesan.
6. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
