2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs

½ cup caramel sauce

 Directions

1️⃣

 Make the Crust: In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust. Set aside.

 Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

 Mix in Flavor: Add vanilla extract and sour cream, beating until fully combined. Pour in melted chocolate chips and stir until well blended.
