
INGREDIENTS:
6 to 8 pcs. crabs sticks
1 large ripe mango
1 cucumber
1 medium carrot
lettuce
DRESSING:
⅓ cup Japanese mayo (kewpie)
half lemon juice
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon sugar or honey (optional)
toasted sesame seeds for garnish
PROCEDURE:
1. Alisin ang wrappers ng mga crab sticks. Saka buhusan ng mainit na tubig at hayaan ito ng mga 30 seconds, then alisin na rin. Saka ito himayin into strips.
2. Hiwain ang carrot at cucumber into thin strips. Ilagay sa mixing bowl kasama ng crab sticks. Hiwain na rin ang hinog na mangga (either strips or cubes). Set aside.
3. Gumawa ng dressing, combine japanese mayo, lemon juice, sesame oil, salt and pepper, at kaunting honey or asukal. Mix well. Saka ibuhos sa nahiwang mga ingredients. Toss to coat the veggies with dressing
4. SERVING SUGGESTION: Maglatag ng lettuce sa serving plate. Saka ilagay dito ang namix na mango kani. Lagyan pa ng japanese mayo sa ibabaw at budburan ng toasted sesame seeds.
