Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Ingredients:
1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
4. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
5. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
6. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
7. 1/2 cup ranch dressing
8. 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
9. 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
10. 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
11. 2 tablespoons melted butter
12. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Then, transfer them to the prepared baking sheet.
4. Mix mayonnaise and ranch dressing in a small bowl.
5. Spread a spoonful of the mayo-ranch mixture over each chicken breast.
6. In another bowl, combine provolone cheese, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and melted butter.
7. Press the cheesy breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each chicken breast to create a thick crust.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
9. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
