Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

Alfredo Pasta, combining the creamy goodness of Alfredo sauce with the delicious flavors of a cheeseburger, topped with crispy bacon.

Ingredients:

1 lb (16 oz) pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
6 slices of bacon, chopped
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp mustard (optional, for a little tang)
1 tbsp ketchup (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Optional toppings: sliced pickles, chopped tomatoes, lettuce
Instructions:

Cook the Pasta:

Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Bacon:

In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate. Leave a little bacon grease in the skillet for flavor.
Cook the Ground Beef:

In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.
Add the diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Make the Alfredo Sauce:

In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to create a roux, cooking for about 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in the heavy cream and milk. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently until it thickens slightly, about 4-5 minutes.
Stir in the cheddar cheese and Parmesan, continuing to cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Add the mustard and ketchup if using. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Combine Everything:

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the beef and onion mixture. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the pasta and toss to coat everything evenly.
Stir in the crispy bacon pieces.
Serve:

Plate the loaded bacon cheeseburger Alfredo pasta and garnish with fresh parsley. If desired, top with sliced pickles, chopped tomatoes, or shredded lettuce for extra “burger” flavor.
Enjoy your Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta—a comforting, cheesy, and savory dish that’s sure to satisfy any craving for both pasta and a burger
