Irresistibly Chewy Condensed Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the sweetened condensed milk, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers remain soft.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
