If you’re craving a comforting, cheesy dish, this Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken is a must-try! 🍗🧀

Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup bread crumbs
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 large eggs
– 1/4 cup milk
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil.
2. In a shallow dish, mix together the bread crumbs, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. This will add a deliciously crunchy coating!
3. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs with the milk to create a lovely egg wash.
4. Place the flour in a third shallow dish for dredging.
5. Take each chicken breast and dredge it in the flour, making sure to shake off any excess.
6. Dip the floured chicken into the egg mixture, then coat it with the tasty bread crumb mixture.
7. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
8. Carefully transfer the chicken to the prepared baking dish, ready for the cheesy goodness to come.
9. In a bowl, mix together the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, the mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic. This is where the magic happens!
10. Sprinkle this cheesy mixture over the chicken breasts.
11. Pop the baking dish into the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through, and the cheese is melted and wonderfully bubbly.
12. Serve immediately, and enjoy every cheesy bite!
