Hot Fudge Chocolate Pudding Cake


Ingredients:
– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 3/4 cup granulated sugar

– 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

– 2 teaspoons baking powder

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 cup whole milk

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Fudge Topping:
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

– 1/2 cup brown sugar

– 1/4 cup cocoa powder

– 1 1/4 cups hot water

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Spread into the baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa for the topping. Sprinkle over the batter.

Carefully pour hot water over the topping without stirring.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is set. A fudge sauce will form underneath.
7.

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy with ice cream or whipped cream!
