Ingredients
For the Salmon:
4 (6 oz each) salmon filets
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
1/4 tsp blackening seasoning (optional)
For the Sauce:
3 Tbsp butter
2 tsp olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup honey
3 Tbsp water
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sriracha sauce
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Season salmon filets with salt, pepper, paprika, and optional blackening seasoning. Pat dry and set aside.
Preheat your broiler and position the oven rack in the middle.
In an oven-safe skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, honey, water, soy sauce, sriracha, and lemon juice. Stir until combined and heated through, about 30 seconds.
Add the salmon filets to the skillet, skin side down if applicable, and cook for 3 minutes, basting with the sauce as it cooks.
Move the skillet to the oven and broil for 5-6 minutes, basting once during cooking, until the salmon is golden and caramelized.
Garnish with parsley for added flavor and serve immediately.
