
Ingredients:
2 tbsp honey
1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
2 oz cream cheese, cut into chunks
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
Stir the honey into the melted butter until fully blended and smooth.
Add the frozen corn to the skillet, stirring to coat it in the honey butter mixture. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through and starts to develop a light caramelized color.
Add the cream cheese chunks and stir gently until melted and the mixture becomes creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste, stirring to combine.
Serve warm and enjoy as a comforting side dish.
