Heavenly Chocolate Cheesecake Trifle

Ingredients:

– 1 package chocolate cake, baked and crumbled

– 1 package cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup powdered sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

– 2 cups chocolate pudding

– 1 cup chocolate sauce or ganache

– Chocolate truffles or chocolate balls for garnish

– Chocolate shavings for garnish

Directions:

1. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping to create a creamy cheesecake layer.

2. In a trifle dish, layer crumbled chocolate cake at the bottom.

3. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the cake crumbles.

4. Add a layer of chocolate pudding, followed by a drizzle of chocolate sauce or ganache.

5. Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of whipped topping on top.

6. Garnish with chocolate truffles or chocolate balls and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
