Hawaiian Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients:
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup dark brown sugar (packed)
1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup canned pineapple juice
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine ketchup, dark brown sugar, low-sodium soy sauce, and canned pineapple juice. Stir thoroughly until the sugar is dissolved and the ingredients are well blended.
Pour the mixture into a resealable bag or a shallow dish and add your chicken cubes. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the chicken to marinate and absorb the flavors.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. While waiting for the grill to heat, thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, ensuring the pieces are evenly spaced.
Once the grill is hot, place the skewers on the grill and cook the chicken for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure all sides are cooked evenly.
Once the chicken is fully cooked and lightly charred, remove the skewers from the grill and serve immediately. Enjoy the delicious Hawaiian-flavored chicken kebabs!
