Ham and Cheese Sticks

Ingredients:
8 slices of deli ham
8 string cheese sticks (mozzarella or cheddar)
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Cooking oil (for frying)

Directions:
Prepare the Sticks:
Lay each slice of ham flat and place a cheese stick in the center.
Roll tightly, tucking in the sides to fully enclose the cheese.
Coat the Sticks:
In three separate bowls:
Bowl 1: Add flour.
Bowl 2: Beat eggs.
Bowl 3: Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip each ham and cheese stick into the flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, coating well.
Fry Until Golden:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry each stick for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve & Enjoy:
Serve warm with mustard, ranch, or marinara sauce for dipping.
