Garlic Parmesan New York Pizza Rolls

Makes about 12 rolls
Ingredients:
1 pound pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
1 cup marinara sauce
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Dough: Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 12×16 inches). Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
Add Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and half of the Parmesan over the marinara sauce.
Roll and Slice: Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch rolls. Arrange rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Garlic Butter Topping: Mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and remaining Parmesan. Brush this mixture over the rolls.
Bake: Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. These rolls are cheesy, garlicky, and perfect for a snack or appetizer!
