Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish)
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Steak Bites:
Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak cubes and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, stirring well. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
Stir in the Dijon mustard and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine:
Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet with the creamy sauce and stir to coat the steak evenly.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or a simple salad for a complete meal!
