garlic broccoli stir fry

Ingredients:

1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
1-2 red chilies, sliced (optional)
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of oyster sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 1-2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and red chilies (if using) and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until they are crisp-tender.

Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), salt, and pepper, and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the broccoli is well-coated.
Serve hot.
