Easiest No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake 🍒🍰

A rich, creamy, and irresistibly smooth cheesecake topped with sweet cherries—no oven required! Perfect for a quick and delightful dessert.

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling:

16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
For the Topping:

1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Instructions:

Prepare the Crust:
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.

Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture. Spread the filling evenly over the crust.

Chill & Add Topping:
Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Once set, spread the cherry pie filling evenly over the top.
