1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sriracha sauce.
2. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
3. Heat the saucepan over medium heat, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
4. Slowly whisk in the cornstarch slurry, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
6. Drizzle over your favorite dishes for a spicy kick!
