Crockpot Angel Chicken – this is comfort food at its finest!

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 packet dry Italian seasoning mix
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup chicken broth
Directions:
Prepare the Chicken:
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot. You can lightly season the chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.
Make the Sauce:
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, Italian seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Stir until smooth and well-blended.
Pour the Sauce:
