
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken tenders
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Dredge each tender in the breadcrumb mixture and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Serve with ranch or marinara for dipping!
