Crispy Lobster Bites with Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

For the Lobster Bites:

1 lb lobster tail meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:

Prepare the Lobster Bites:

Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for panko breadcrumbs mixed with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat each piece of lobster first in flour, then dip into the egg, and finally coat evenly with the seasoned panko breadcrumbs.
Fry the Lobster Bites:

Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the lobster bites in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Remove from heat and keep warm.
Serve:

Arrange the crispy lobster bites on a serving platter. Drizzle with the garlic butter sauce or serve it on the side for dipping.
