Crispy Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Air Fryer Calzones

These calzones are packed with creamy chicken Alfredo, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese, all wrapped in a crispy golden dough. Perfect for a quick and comforting meal!
Ingredients:
1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded (or use rotisserie chicken for convenience)
1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
2 large pizza dough balls (store-bought or homemade)
1 tbsp olive oil, for brushing
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the filling: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian herbs. Stir until well combined, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Roll out the dough: On a floured surface, roll out each pizza dough ball into a circle about 8 inches in diameter.
Assemble the calzones: Spoon a generous amount of the chicken Alfredo mixture onto the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape, then pinch the edges tightly to seal.
Preheat the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
Air fry the calzones: Lightly brush the tops of the calzones with olive oil. Place them in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren’t touching. Cook in batches if necessary. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy on the outside.
Serve: Remove the calzones from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Serve with extra Alfredo sauce for dipping, if desired. Enjoy your crispy, cheesy, and creamy calzones!
