2. Stir in the chopped onions and milk, mixing just until combined into a thick batter.
3. Heat about 2 inches of oil in a deep skillet or pot to 375°F (190°C).
4. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
5. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.
6. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
7. Serve warm and enjoy the crunchy goodness!
