Ingredients
Shrimp, peeled and deveined 🍤
Garlic, finely chopped 🧄
Butter 🧈
Heavy cream or crème fraîche 🥛
Fresh parsley or dill 🌿
Cooked herb rice 🍚
Lemon juice 🍋
Salt, pepper
Instructions
Sauté garlic in melted butter until fragrant, then add shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in cream and simmer briefly until thickened. Add fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon. Serve hot over herb rice.
Tip: Add a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy twist!
