– Stuffed Seafood Bread Bowls
Ingredients:
– 4 large bread bowls
– 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
– 1 cup cooked crab meat
– 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Carefully hollow out the bread bowls, removing the insides while leaving a sturdy shell.
4. Fill each bread bowl generously with the seafood mixture.
5. Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the filling is heated through.
6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
