Crab Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
12 oz small shell pasta
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
2 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh dill
1/3 cup dill pickles, chopped
12 oz imitation crab meat, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup green onions, sliced
1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the chopped dill, pickles, imitation crab, celery, red onion, green onions, and peas to the bowl.
4. Add the cooled pasta and gently stir until everything is well coated with the dressing.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let flavors blend.
6. Garnish with extra dill or green onions if desired. Serve cold.
