Crab & Cheese Crescent Delight

These delightful crescent rolls filled with crab and cheese offer a flaky, savory treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 (6 oz) can crab meat, drained and flaked
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: additional parsley for garnish

Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, green onion, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Gently fold in the crab meat until evenly distributed.

Assemble the Crescent Rolls:
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as indicated by the perforations. Place about 1 tablespoon of the crab and cheese mixture onto the wider end of each crescent roll triangle. Starting at the wide end, roll up each triangle and place them on the prepared baking sheet, with the point side down.

Bake the Rolls:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.

Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
