

COOKIES MADE FROM BROWNIE MIX
These cookies are a perfect combination of brownie and cookie textures chewy, fudgy, and full of chocolate flavor. Using brownie mix makes them quick and easy to prepare!
Ingredients:
1 box (18.3 oz) brownie mix (any brand)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1 large egg
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for added flavor)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Mix the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and egg. Stir everything together until fully combined and the dough is smooth.
Add Chocolate Chips and Nuts (Optional): If using, fold in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
Scoop the Dough: Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Make sure to space them about 2 inches apart.
Bake the Cookies: Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly soft. They will firm up as they cool.
Cool and Serve: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
