● 8 oz cream cheese, softened
● ¼ cup granulated sugar
● ½ tsp vanilla extract
● ½ cup crushed Oreos

● ¼ cup granulated sugar
● ½ tsp baking powder
● ¼ tsp salt
● 1 large egg

● 12 Oreo cookies

● Powdered sugar, for dusting
● Additional crushed Oreos, for sprinkling

 Directions

1️⃣

 Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add sugar & vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
Gently fold in crushed Oreos.

2️⃣

 Assemble the Oreos:

Spoon a small dollop of cheesecake filling on top of each Oreo.
Press another Oreo on top to make a sandwich. Repeat for all Oreos.

3️⃣

 Prepare the Coating:

In one bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together egg and milk.
Dip each cheesecake-stuffed Oreo into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and back into the flour mixture for a thick, crispy coating.

 Fry the Oreos:

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F (175°C).
Fry a few Oreos at a time for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown & crispy.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
