Classic Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Ingredients:
– 3 lbs beef chuck roast
– 1 onion, chopped
– 4 carrots, sliced
– 4 potatoes, diced
– 2 cups beef broth
– 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tsp garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Season the beef chuck roast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Place the chopped onion, sliced carrots, and diced potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
3. Place the seasoned beef on top of the vegetables.
4. Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the beef.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
6. Serve the pot roast with the vegetables and gravy
