Salt and pepper to taste
Tea spoon minced garlic boil until cooked
Shred chicken and mixed with shredded cheese of your choice.
Roll mix into corn tortillas
Pan Fry in medium heat oil
Until brown and crisp on both sides
The salsa is
2 Serrano – roasted
1 jalapeño -roasted
1 onion-roasted
Chopped cilantro-add in blender
4-6 tomatillos-boil until soft
2 Calabaza-boil until soft
Blend all together
Season to taste with chicken bouillon
