INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kg chicken feet, clean then add lime juice and a little salt, let stand for a while, wash again
2 carrots, sliced
several pieces of cabbage, roughly sliced
1 stalk of spring onion
4 stalks of celery
1 tomato
Fried onions to taste
1/2 onion, roughly sliced
4 cloves of garlic, pounded
A little ginger, pounded
Salt
chicken flavoring,
pepper powder
a little sugar
water to taste
HOW TO MAKE:
- Boil the feet for 15 minutes, drain and wash again. Then boil again, add sliced spring onions, some celery and a little fried onions, cook over medium heat until the feet are tender
- Saute the garlic until fragrant, add the ginger and onions, saute again until wilted and slightly browned. 3. Add the stir-fry to the boiled chicken feet, add salt, broth, pepper and a little sugar
- Add the carrots, cook for a while then add the cabbage, cook until the vegetables are cooked, don’t forget to check the taste
- Serve with a sprinkling of celery, tomatoes and fried onions.
