– 2 cups white chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
– 2 tablespoons sugar
– Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Prepare the crust: Start by combining the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir until fully combined.
2. Pack the mixture into a lined 8×8-inch baking pan, pressing it down firmly to create an even layer. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes to set.
3. Make the fudge: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips along with the sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the mixture is completely smooth and melted; then remove it from the heat.
4. Incorporate the cheesecake flavor: Add the softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt to the melted chocolate mixture. Beat together until everything is well blended and smooth.
